Portside

Portside is a two-bedroom apartment, one with a double bed, the second with twin beds, on the first floor accessed by stairs.

All windows face north towards the Village Square with its a shops, restaurant and inner lagoon. The lounge has a north facing balcony and a south-facing terrace.

The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and the kitchen offers every modern appliance: washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, as well as an electric oven and hob.

The master (double) bedroom has an ensuite shower room and the family bathroom is also fitted with an electric shower. There is a colour TV with satellite channels and a radio/CD player in the lounge and a portable colour TV/VCR in the master bedroom. The apartment has a payphone.

There is a designated parking space outside the apartment building.
